| Requirements and Responsibilities For BCBS Interplan Operations Coordinator |
| Supports the daily operations of BCBS programs to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and inquiries. Processes and reviews out-of-network claims, adjustments, and transactions according to BCBSA guidelines. Coordinates with Home and Host plans to research, track, and resolve claim and eligibility discrepancies. Monitors work queues and reporting to ensure service levels and processing deadlines are met. Maintains accurate documentation and records to support audits and compliance requirements. Assists team members and management with issue resolution and process improvement efforts. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
