| Requirements and Responsibilities For Benefits Systems Analyst - Healthcare |
| Assists in the implementation and maintenance of benefits systems for managed care and provider data. Assigns the rate coding to ensure the system takes the appropriate discounts, per diems, case costs, and fee schedules. Supports the implementation and verification of loading the fee schedules. May run analysis to verify the accuracy of the system. Assists with training of fee loading processes and ensures coding and schedules are accurate. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
