| Requirements and Responsibilities For Business Intelligence Architecture Manager |
| Manages the structural design and development of enterprise-wide business intelligence tools, systems, and applications for an organization. Develops policies, standards, and frameworks for the form, structure, and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems. Collaborates with senior leaders to understand the organization's vision and ensure the business intelligence architecture supports and aligns with objectives. Manages project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery and implementation, ensuring alignment between architects, engineers, and developers. Researches and improves data collection, storage, and retrieval methods to ensure performance, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
