| Requirements and Responsibilities For Clinical Education Senior Manager |
| Leads and manages the team responsible for conducting on-site education and consulting to clinicians and medical staff. Reviews and monitors the development of comprehensive clinical education programs and presentations. Ensures compliance with regulations, standards, and guidelines. Stays up to date with the latest developments in the medical field and maintains a working knowledge of best practices in clinical education. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) or a registered pharmacist (RPh) license. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
