| Requirements and Responsibilities For Demand Analyst IV |
| Develops demand forecasts to support operational planning, inventory management, and business decision-making. Analyzes inventory levels, sales data, production metrics, and product demand trends to determine the amount of finished product to be produced. Identifies, evaluates, and determines the best metrics to provide accurate and responsive forecasting models and tools. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to incorporate promotional activity, seasonality, and market intelligence into forecasts. Monitors forecast performance and forecast bias to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. Prepares forecast reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience. |
