Requirements and Responsibilities For Document Imaging Operator
Operates document imaging equipment to create electronic files or archives. Prepares documents for scanning, scans documents, and verifies quality of digital images. Indexes and stores images according to organization guidelines. Troubleshoots and makes adjustments to equipment when necessary. Cleans and maintains equipment and workspace. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
