Requirements and Responsibilities For IT Configuration Analyst I
Administers and executes the IT configuration management process. Responsible for the overall administration, configuration, maintenance, design, and improvement of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Conducts configuration auditing in areas such as software version control, integration construction, and release management. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
