| Requirements and Responsibilities For Revenue Senior Manager |
| Manages cross-functional activities and implements a strategy focused on generating, maintaining, and increasing revenue. Implements plans to integrate and align functions across the organization, including marketing, sales, product development, customer success, and others, to achieve revenue targets and grow demand for the company's products and services. Establishes analytical methods to measure and forecast demand and market conditions, identify operational deficiencies, and develop effective and data-driven pricing strategies. Supports research to identify internal and external opportunities to expand and optimize revenue-producing activities. Reinforces targets, policies, and internal processes to achieve efficiencies in revenue generation and capture. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. |
