| Requirements and Responsibilities For Slot Technician Supervisor |
| Supervises and coordinates the work of employees who fix slot machines. Prepares work schedules and assigns work. Ensures machine function and output is according to specifications. May be required to help technicians repair slot machines and remove broken machines from the gaming floor. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. |
