| Leads and directs all retail banking functions. Develops branch financial and service delivery performance goals and objectives and monitors results. Oversees branch administration and operations and establishes policies and procedures that drive efficient operations and regulatory compliance. Guides product development and implementation to provide profitable and competitive service offerings. Develops branch staff and management. May require an advanced degree.
