Requirements and Responsibilities For Traffic/Rate Analyst II
Evaluates and designs transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency. Researches and analyzes freight costs and classifications, delivery methods, and delivery schedules to minimize delivery costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
