| Requirements and Responsibilities For Underwriting Assistant IV |
| Responsible for providing support to the underwriting team. Performs administrative duties and may assist underwriters with the computation of rates and premiums. Ensures that underwriting activities comply with all industry and governmental regulations. May assist in coordinating with field agents to collect or clarify information or decisions. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. |
