| Requirements and Responsibilities For Annuities Customer Service Supervisor |
| Supervises daily customer service operations for annuity servicing teams to ensure high-quality support and efficient resolution of policyholder inquiries. Monitors employee performance, service metrics, and workflow productivity to maintain customer satisfaction and operational standards. Develops and coaches customer service representatives on annuity products, regulatory requirements, and service best practices. Assists with resolving escalated customer concerns involving account transactions, policy servicing, and compliance matters. Coordinates staffing, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives to support departmental objectives.
Ensures adherence to company policies, service protocols, and insurance industry regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
