| Requirements and Responsibilities For Business Banking Relations Associate |
| Supports business banking client relationships by delivering routine client support and administrative assistance. Assists with onboarding new business clients by preparing documentation, coordinating account openings, and ensuring completion of required forms. Maintains client records, account documentation, and tracking systems in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Responds to routine client inquiries and service requests while escalating complex issues to relationship managers as appropriate. Monitors client account activity and prepares reports, presentations, and portfolio reviews to support relationship management activities. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
