| Requirements and Responsibilities For Card Service Representative |
| Provides customer service for an organization's credit and debit card programs. Processes credit and debit card applications, ensuring accurate and complete submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responds to customer inquiries regarding statements, billing disputes, and application status. Researches and documents fraudulent transactions and issues replacement cards and credentials for lost or stolen cards. Maintains awareness of card services and products and provides resources to educate and acquaint customers. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
