| Requirements and Responsibilities For Consumer Loan Collector III |
| Contacts customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their loans and obtains payments, commitment agreements or establishes a repayment plan. Follows set policies and procedures when determining a suitable collection solution. May train or coach less experienced staff in strategies to remedy delinquent accounts. Supervises, leads, directs, and trains lower level consumer loan collecting staff. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. |
