| Requirements and Responsibilities For Credit Risk Officer I |
| Analyzes, evaluates, and monitors credit exposure and risk metrics for a financial institution to mitigate and reduce risk. Evaluates financial statements and credit ratings to conduct credit assessments of new and existing parties and ensure compliance with risk limits. Assists with the development of credit risk models and frameworks to evaluate credit proposals and provide risk-based recommendations. Utilizes programming methodologies to create and maintain financial databases and statistical models. Ensures credit activities, documentation, and reporting adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
