| Requirements and Responsibilities For Dealer Relationship Manager I |
| Manages relationships with automobile dealers to drive indirect auto lending volume and strengthen the bank's market presence. Develops and maintains strong partnerships with assigned auto dealers to promote financing programs and achieve production goals. Evaluates dealer performance, credit quality, and compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. Provides training, support, and guidance to dealers on loan products, underwriting standards, and submission processes. Identifies business development opportunities through market analysis, dealer visits, and competitive intelligence. Collaborates with credit, operations, and risk teams to resolve issues and improve dealer satisfaction. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
