| Requirements and Responsibilities For Merchant Chargeback Analyst |
| Responsible for investigating and reversing credit card charges disputed by the account holder. Processes refunds to the merchant or cardholder; Tracks chargebacks and refers fraudulent activity to the appropriate department. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
