Requirements and Responsibilities For Mortgage Collector II
Contacts clients to remedy delinquency or non-payments. Determines appropriate collection alternatives to settle shortfalls. Negotiates any changes to contracts. Documents all collection, delinquent and foreclosure activities in compliance with policies and procedures. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
