| Requirements and Responsibilities For New Accounts Representative I |
| Opens a variety of new accounts for banking customers. Collects required information and completes new account setup and activation. Inputs data, verifies references, and reviews documentation. Provides basic account information and answers questions regarding interest rates, fees, and bank policies. May complete process to transfer accounts for customers. May make referrals to cross-sell a variety of bank services. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
