Requirements and Responsibilities For Proof Operator II
Ensures the accuracy of financial transactions by processing, balancing, and encoding checks, deposit slips, and withdrawal slips. Scans documents and operates a proof machine to read, encode, and sort checks and deposits. Verifies data, detects errors, and resolves discrepancies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
