| Requirements and Responsibilities For RPA Analysis Manager |
| Manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, objectives, and functional interdependencies. Develops policies and procedures to guide the analysis of existing RPA applications, identify potential applications, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives. Reviews and assesses technical documentation, specifications, configurations, and guidelines related to RPA solutions, processes, and implementations. Evaluates regular reports to monitor deployment and ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of RPA applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
