Requirements and Responsibilities For Real Estate Attorney III
Responsible for providing legal advice regarding real estate transactions. Handles real estate related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction, mortgage concerns, and zoning. Provides legal advice, reviews and prepares legal documents, and represents clients in resolving property-related disputes. Requires a JD. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
