| Requirements and Responsibilities For Technical Recruiter I |
| Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and referring candidates for technical positions. Uses multiple recruiting channels such as social media, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms, and other sourcing methods to contact and recruit potential candidates. Develops job postings, reviews resumes and applications, and screens candidates to ascertain fit. Schedules interviews, extends offers, checks references, and may initiate onboarding tasks. Possesses a solid understanding of technical positions and skills. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. |
