Requirements and Responsibilities For Ticket Office Attendant
Responsible for selling tickets to customers. Ensures the correct and efficient sale of tickets including online, phone sales, and walk-up traffic. Answers questions and resolves customer issues as needed. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
