| Requirements and Responsibilities For Cash Management Service Manager |
| Manages the overall cash management service function to support client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Develops and implements strategies, policies, and procedures for cash management services in alignment with business objectives. Oversees multiple teams or functions responsible for cash management operations, service delivery, and client support. Partners with sales, relationship management, and product teams to enhance cash management offerings and drive client adoption. Monitors key performance indicators, operational risk metrics, and service quality measures to identify improvement opportunities. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards across cash management operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. |
