| Requirements and Responsibilities For Cash Management Service Supervisor |
| Supervises cash management service operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of banking services to clients. Oversees daily workflow, staffing, and service performance to meet service level agreements and operational standards. Reviews and approves complex cash management transactions, service requests, and exception items. Resolves escalated client issues by coordinating with relationship managers, operations, and technology teams. Ensures adherence to internal controls, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements. Provides coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff to drive professional development and service quality. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
