Requirements and Responsibilities For Margin Clerk III
Compiles data and determines customer margin in stock purchased. Determines brokerage fees and notifies supervisor when customer margin is less than government regulations or brokerage firm requirements. Researches customer margin account problems using customer account information and transaction records. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. Independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors.
