| Carries out research/development activities. Makes detailed observations, analyzes data, and interprets results. Compiles results and prepares technical reports and documentation of outcomes. Conducts research, writes substantive policy papers, collaborates with lead researchers with respect to larger or more complex studies. Requires a master's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience. |
