| Supervises soft count personnel and activities. Reconciles the soft count summary report with the information entered into the computer. Prepares work schedules and maintains proper staffing. Ensures the integrity of the soft count and compliance with gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
