| Leads and oversees the development program for a college or university. Develops goals and strategies for all fundraising, public relations, and alumni relations. Responsible for the planning and implementation of all programs and projects that strategically engage alumni. Establishes and maintains a network of key contacts to strengthen alumni involvement.
