| Requirements and Responsibilities For Branch Service Supervisor |
| Supervises the team responsible for providing internal customer and solution services to bank branch employees. Ensures correct and accurate information is given to branch staff regarding product information, operational policies, and transaction processes. Monitors service quality metrics to identify improvement areas and ensure timely case resolution. Assists with more complex questions or issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
