Requirements and Responsibilities For Contact Center Sales Coach
Designs sales training materials on company products, business practices, and contact center practices. Coaches and motivates the contact center staff to meet targeted sales goals. Supports evaluating sales performance and product knowledge. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
