| Requirements and Responsibilities For Insurance Advertising Compliance Analyst |
| Responsible for reviewing and approving insurance marketing and advertising materials to ensure compliance with applicable state insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Acts as the liaison between the insurance company and state agencies regarding inquiries. Identifies potential compliance gaps in advertising materials and makes recommendations. Acts as a subject matter expert for internal teams and provides training on compliant practices. Tracks changes in insurance laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
