| Requirements and Responsibilities For Provider Contracting Analyst II |
| Responsible for handling facility rate setting and contract development for hospitals and health systems within a provider network. Prepares, analyzes, and reviews complex financial models to project the cost impact of proposed contract terms, rate structures, and reimbursement methodologies. Negotiates, drafts, and executes individual contracts with hospitals and health systems, ensuring terms are financially sound and operationally feasible. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
