| Responsible for handling facility rate setting and contract development for hospitals and health systems within a provider network. Prepares, analyzes, and reviews complex financial models to project the cost impact of proposed contract terms, rate structures, and reimbursement methodologies. Negotiates, drafts, and executes individual contracts with hospitals and health systems, ensuring terms are financially sound and operationally feasible. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Typically requires 7+ years of related experience. |
