| Requirements and Responsibilities For Regulatory & Compliance Attorney II |
| Responsible for providing legal advice regarding the laws, regulations, and industry standards that affect business operations. Ensures the organization operates ethically and legally. Develops and implements compliance programs, conducts assessments, and provides legal guidance to minimize risks and potential legal issues. May represent the organization during regulatory investigations and/or litigation. Requires a JD. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience. |
