| Requirements and Responsibilities For Consumer Loan Call Center Representative I |
| Responsible for providing support to current or potential customers regarding a personal, auto, or other consumer loan. Responds to incoming calls and inquiries regarding loan products, applications, and/or account information. May assist customers in making payments, explaining loan terms and conditions, repayment options, and promotional programs. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
