| Requirements and Responsibilities For Consumer Loan Call Center Representative II |
| Responsible for providing support to current or potential customers regarding a personal, auto, or other consumer loan. Responds to incoming calls and inquiries regarding loan products, applications, and/or account information. May assist customers in making payments, explaining loan terms and conditions, repayment options, and promotional programs. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
