| Requirements and Responsibilities For Consumer Loan Call Center Representative III |
| Responsible for providing support to current or potential customers regarding a personal, auto, or other consumer loan. Responds to incoming calls and inquiries regarding loan products, applications, and/or account information. May assist customers in making payments, explaining loan terms and conditions, repayment options, and promotional programs. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. |
