| Requirements and Responsibilities For Consumer Loan Call Center Supervisor |
| Supervises the team responsible for providing support to current or potential customers regarding a personal, auto, or other consumer loan. Monitors and responds to incoming calls and inquiries regarding loan products, applications, and/or account information. May assist customers in making payments, explaining loan terms and conditions, repayment options, and promotional programs. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. |
